Usually wear 7-7.5. Since they don't have 7 i tried 7.5 found that they were too big. Ordered 6.5 fit just fine. They are comfortable and with the velcro and stretch ties they stayed on all day and was quite comfortable. However they take quite some time to dry out if wet.
